Is DUiT free to use?
Yes. The Followers Dui tier is free forever and covers unlimited income and expense tracking, budgets, saving goals, and Google Drive backup. A one-time purchase (Teman Dui) removes ads and unlocks lifetime updates. Two paid tiers (Circle Dui and Keluarga Dui) are coming after launch.
Where is my financial data stored?
All your financial data lives on your phone. We do not send your transactions, budgets, or saving goals to our servers, and we cannot view your data. Optional Google Drive backup is end-to-end under your account and you control when it runs.
Does DUiT work offline?
Yes. DUiT is offline-first by design. You can log transactions, edit budgets, and check your balance without an internet connection. The home-screen widget also works fully offline.
Which currencies does DUiT support?
DUiT lets you log any amount in any currency, with per-account currency. You decide the display currency and DUiT does not perform conversion automatically. This keeps the app simple and prevents stale exchange rates from distorting your numbers.
Can I sync DUiT across multiple devices?
Real-time cloud sync is not yet available. Today, you can use Google Drive backup to manually move your data between devices. Sync is on the roadmap for the Circle Dui tier.
What's the difference between the free tier and Teman Dui?
The free Followers Dui tier shows banner and interstitial ads to keep the app free for everyone. Teman Dui is a one-time payment that removes all ads for life and unlocks lifetime premium updates. All tracking features are identical between the two.
What is your refund policy?
All payments are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's refund policy. If you change your mind, request a refund through the Google Play Store within the eligible window. We do not process refunds directly.

Do I need to create an account to use DUiT?
No account is required. DUiT works fully without sign-up. If you opt in to Google Drive backup, you sign in with your own Google account only for that backup — DUiT never creates its own account on our servers.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export transaction reports to CSV and PDF from the Stats tab. Backups to your own Google Drive are also available, which lets you restore on a fresh install.
