1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the DUiT app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part, you may not use the Service.

2. Service

The Service is a local-storage-based app that lets you track personal finances. The Service includes:

• a. Accessing and using the app for personal financial tracking;
• b. Budget and expense management features;
• c. Financial report export features (CSV/PDF);
• d. Optional backup sync via Google Drive.

3. Use of the App

You may not:

• a. Use the app for illegal purposes;
• b. Copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission;
• c. Reverse engineer the app;
• d. Interfere with or disrupt the app or related servers.

4. Accounts and Security

The Service currently does not require account registration. You may use additional security features such as a PIN or biometric authentication to protect your data. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the DUiT app (including source code, design, logo, and content) are owned by the developer and protected by law.

6. Advertising

The Service is provided free of charge as an ad-supported application. Ads are displayed via third parties (Google AdMob) and are subject to their privacy policies. You may remove ads through an in-app purchase.

7. In-App Purchases

• a. All payments for premium features or ad removal are processed through the Google Play Store;
• b. Payments are verified and managed by Google;
• c. No refunds are provided for processed payments unless required by applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties that the Service will run without interruption, be error-free, or meet your needs. We are not liable for losses arising from recording errors, data loss, or other technical disruptions caused by use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us.

10. Changes to the Service and Termination

We may modify, add, or remove Service features at any time. We may also terminate the Service with prior notice. We will strive to notify you before major changes that affect your experience.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be announced on this page or in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved through deliberation or the competent courts of Indonesia.
